Connect2Data Integration Guide

The Connect2Data Integration Guide provides instructions for implementing Connect2Data (C2D) in conjunction with Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO)* XML Standards. It covers the Connect2Data request and response XML structure section by section, providing detailed explanations, examples and sample XML complete with property data.

* MISMO was established by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA) to coordinate the development and maintenance of Internet based Extensible Markup Language (XML) real estate finance specifications.

Release Notes

Logical Data Dictionaries

Each Logical Data Dictionary (LDD) is a complete listing of all attributes in the Connect2Data Reports. It contains the following information for each attribute:

Containing element name
Attribute name
Attribute definition
Data type
Maximum field length

County List

The County List contains all the FIPS Codes, States/United States Territories and County Names that are stored in our databases. This list can be used as a reference to help improve the hit rate of your searches.
